We live in Jacksonville, Florida, and we travel all over the world for weddings because we love the chaotic dance floors, the confetti, and the way every love story is a little different. Here's exactly how destination wedding coverage works with us — transparent pricing, simple travel logistics, and zero guesswork.

Our Pricing

One simple rate. Two photographers. Every moment.

Our photography coverage is a flat $450 per hour with no minimum hourly requirement — no packages, no guessing, just coverage built around your actual day. And every destination wedding is covered by both of us. I'm Sydney, the photographer, and Taylor is our videographer; together we've spent over a decade documenting weddings, from Malibu to Cancún and everywhere in between.

Book photography only and you get two photographers. Add videography and you get a photographer and a videographer — all in one team that already knows how to move together.

How Travel Works

Travel made simple

First, our very simple promise: we travel throughout FL, GA, NC, SC, TN, VA, WV, and KY with no travel fees at all. This guide is for the adventures beyond that — and if your plans take us farther afield, we are absolutely game. No mystery fees, no complicated travel packages. Destination travel with us comes down to three things, and we'll walk you through every one of them.

01 — Getting There

Flights + Baggage

Clients are responsible for covering or reimbursing roundtrip flights and one checked bag per person traveling. You're welcome to book directly (great for using points or miles) or reimburse us after travel is booked.

We always carry our camera gear on the plane, so only one checked bag per person is needed.

02 — Staying There

Hotel Accommodations

We ask that you book accommodations for our team at the same property where your wedding is being held. For all-inclusive resorts, you can add us directly through your resort booking, which is the easiest route.

We require two nights prior to the wedding day to allow for any flight delays and to scout your venue, the night of the wedding, and one night following before we travel home. That is four nights total.

03 — Everything Else

Flat Travel Fee

A flat travel fee of $500 covers both Sydney and Taylor — ground transportation, meals on travel days, and incidentals, all in one simple fee.

This fee is invoiced at the time of contract signing alongside your retainer — so there are never surprise costs later.

We're partners in life and behind the camera, and we come as a two-person team on every destination wedding — photo and video. How we work depends on what you book:

Photography only? You get two photographers. Sydney leads coverage while Taylor captures every reaction, every detail, and every moment happening simultaneously.

Photo + video? Sydney is your photographer and Taylor is your videographer — one seamless team capturing both, with no awkward vendor shuffle on your wedding day.

Want a third storyteller in the mix? You can absolutely add an additional photographer to the team. It's a separate booking, and they would also need their own travel arrangements and room, just like the rest of us.

Fully Edited Gallery

You will receive a comprehensive collection of fully edited, high-resolution images delivered through a private online gallery with download access for you, your family, and anyone else you want to share it with.

Complimentary Photo Album

Every destination booking also includes a complimentary photo album at no extra cost. Your favorite moments from the day, printed and bound into something you can hold, set on the coffee table, and pull out every anniversary — because some memories deserve more than a screen.

Complimentary Golden Hour Session

Every destination booking includes a complimentary portrait session either the day before or the day after your wedding, your choice. No timeline pressure, no getting-ready chaos — just the two of you and whatever stunning backdrop brought you here in the first place.

This is one of our favorite things to offer destination couples and one of the reasons destination work is so special to us.

Rehearsal Dinner Coverage

Want us there for the rehearsal dinner too? We can add that on at our standard rate of $450 per hour. It is a great way to get everyone comfortable in front of the camera before the big day, and you end up with real candid moments from the night before that most couples wish they had captured.

Videography + Drone

Videography Coverage

Videography is available as an add-on at $250 per hour. When you add video, Sydney covers your photography while Taylor covers your videography — same two-person team, both sides of your story. Every video package includes a 3 to 4 minute highlight reel, full ceremony coverage with audio, and comprehensive footage of reception speeches.

Having both photo and video from a team that already knows how to work together means everything flows smoothly and nothing gets missed.

Drone Coverage

Drone footage is available as an optional add-on for a flat rate of $150. For destination weddings especially, aerial shots of your venue and ceremony location can be some of the most stunning visuals from the entire day.

Drone availability is subject to local regulations at your destination.

The Booking Process

Four steps from "what if" to "we're booked"

And once you're booked, we don't disappear until the wedding day — we help with timeline planning, vendor communication, and day-of logistics so you actually get to enjoy the party while we handle the photo and video.

Contract + Retainer

Once you are ready, we will send your customized contract to sign digitally. A 50% retainer is due at signing to lock in your date, with the remaining balance due by your wedding day.

Travel Coordination

After booking, we coordinate travel together. You will book hotel accommodations for our team at your resort, and we handle flights. We aim to arrive two days before your wedding so we are settled, rested, and ready to give you everything we have got.
